B&B Road Trip is a travel format. A well-known couple/pair of celebrities are going on a road trip. They will only be staying in privately owned Bed and Breakfast accommodation. A specially prepared tour guide book tell the celebrity pair where to go and when they arrive at the next location the B&B owners dictate what local activity they do. For the B&B owners it’s a big deal to have stars arrive as their guests so they really try and make everything perfect in their eyes. For the stars they are at the mercy of the B&B owners some of whom will be fans…hopefully not crazy fans!

The show has reached shares of 35% and it has won an Irish Television and Film Academy award. The entertainment comes from watching one of Ireland’s most famous couples in a reality setting as they go on a journey where everything is a surprise to them.
